AMPTEC RESEARCH reserves sole discretion as to whether to offer Net 30 Days terms to qualified Non-US Government applicants that have completed our Application For Credit form. This form is not required for US Government (USAF, US NAVY, US ARMY) purchase orders/contracts. Below are 2 forms of our Application For Credit. Please download or print the one of your choosing and fax it to us at 512-858-4045. 

When your credit application is received it will be automatically forwarded to our Accounts Receivables department for further review. Confirmation of your Net 30 account is usually completed within 2 to 3 working days or as required. For all other questions please email accounting@amptec.com
